Hello from the writing cave, where I’ve been hard at work on a few new projects. 

Fans of my ANGELOLOGY books will be happy to hear that I’m working on a continuation to the series, a story that is meant exclusively for you, my inner circle of readers. I’ve had so many friends ask about this series, and when I would continue Evangeline and Verlaine’s story, and the time has come! And even more exciting is that it will be available only to you, my readers who are part of this group.

As you may know, I live in San Miguel de Allende Mexico. Last week, I was invited to do a talk about my life and work at the Hacienda Library by  Food In Film, a group that celebrates cinema and (you guessed it) gastronomy. Q) I know that The Puzzle Box will be the second time you’ve written a sequel. What’s different about writing a sequel versus writing the first book or a standalone book?

Actually, while The Puzzle Box features Mike Brink (who was the hero of The Puzzle Master), The Puzzle Box is NOT a sequel. It is a standalone mystery, one that doesn’t require that you have read The Puzzle Master. This new novel features many new characters, and a totally new, unique mystery.
