Brad is from North Carolina and is a Vice Principal for a private school, husband to Courtney, and father with 4 kiddos (Ages 9, 8, 6, and 2).

Q) What are your favorite kinds of books to read?

A) My favorite book genre is mystery/suspense (Sometimes a good thriller if it's not too scary). I love trying to figure out the whodunnit before the big reveal! Some of my favorite authors are Danielle (of course!!), Hannah Mary McKinnon, Mary Kubica, Katherine Greene, and Heather Gudenkauf!

Q) What are some of your hobbies and passions?

A) I love doing puzzles and escape rooms (so you can imagine my excitement when I found out about The Puzzle Box!!). I run online games for a charity organization called "Christmas Is Not Canceled". Working with celebrity friends like Jen Lilley, Andrea Barber, Jesse Hutch, Cameron Mathison, and more! We raise money to make sure that no child in foster care goes without a backpack for school or a present at Christmas time. Lastly, I am just a little bit obsessed with Christmas! Yes, I set up two months early. 

My wife is also a successful DIY YouTuber. We recently bought a 119 year old home and have spent the last 8 months online fixing it up!

Q) Why do you love to read?

A) I love reading right before bedtime, in my bed! Nothing better than reading for an hour and then heading right to bed! 

I love to read because I love being able to imagine different worlds. It is also an escape from devices and blue light before bed.

I'm not currently in any book clubs but I love to do buddy reads with my fellow bookstagrammers! Find me @bookstagrambrad
